I have considered the following colours:
Red
Black
White
Grey
The thought in choosing these colours are that they are simple yet eye catching and that compliment each other.
My design ideas are as follows: The obivouse ideas for my outside panels would be a photo of our artist this is because she is a new artist promoting herself and we need to firmilarise her with the audience. Also it follows the convention of a soul/r&b digipaks. To add character to the cd album am going to add red roses and white roses. The red roses will symbolise passion for music and represent our artists music. As the list of songs more or less convey a story and lost love, new love. With this a white rose will try to convey our artist as a genuine character also its a way of introducing her to the aduience as she is confessing all to her audeince through her music. This is sending a special impresion to her audeince. More so a rose signifyes love at first sight so by using this I hope the audince will make the connection and like the album and buy it. And trying to get the message across to the audience that she is devoated to them. The inside album would have another picture. But the cd will be a picture of a rose trying to make it look as 3D so that its like she is rewarding her audience.
