Planning For Evaluation – Question 4

Question 4: What have you learned from your audience feedback?

I will create a Mini – Documentary for the answer of question 4. I have been planning the answer for this question for quiet a while and have decided to make the mini – documentary using FinalCut Pro and a Flip Camera to record everything.

(THE MINI – DOCUMENTARY WILL BE SPLIT INTO TWO PARTS)
PART 1
I will start the mini – documentary with a quick short introduction about the whole point of the mini – documentary. I will then go onto talking about the questions I have made for the feedback of the music video. Then I plan to show the screening of the music video in the cinema, with the audience’s reaction. After I will show the answers I have gotten from the different audiences from the questions I have asked (seen below). I will also show feedback which has been given to me during the production of the music video. Then I will talk about what I have learnt from the feedback that has been given to me and if I could recreate the making of the music video what I would change.
PART 2
I will then go onto talk about the ancillary products I have made and the questions I have created to ask audiences. I will then show peoples feedbacks about the ancillary products. After I plan to talk about what I have learnt from the feedback and if I had to recreate the making of the ancillary products what I would do. I then plan to wrap everything up with my own reflection about what I would do differently / change and do the same if I had the chance to do it all again, based on what I have learnt from all the feedback that has been given to me.

Here are the questions that I have made and plan to ask audiences, based on their feedback and reactions after seeing the products I have created (Music Video & Ancillary Products - Magazine Advertisement & Digipak)

I plan to get feedback from the target audience of the Music Video and Ancillary Products which is females aged 16 to around 35, as well as the wider audience. I also plan to get feedback from people who are media students and people who are not media students.
I also plan to show screen shots of ratings and comments from people who have seen the music video on Vimeo and social networking sites, and then reflect on what has been said, the ratings and views.
