AMBER - Gathering audience feedback

I have decided to create a survey on a website called Survey Monkey, in order to collect more target audience feedback. I included the 8 key questions that I planned to use which I have perviously posted, onto the survey.
Here are what the questions look like on the survey:

^ Once the questions are completed there is a 'Done' box to click which enables the answers to be posted anonymously where I can then look at the feedback.

^ In the process of creating the questions, I chose the option of having a comment/essay box underneath, so the audience can give detailed comments rather than just yes or no answers.
I also chose a feature that makes sure that the audience have to answer each question and if they don't, a message will appear that says "This question requires an answer." which will guarantee I don't get any blank surveys sent back to me!

Once completing all the questions, I then decided to distribute my survey to the target audience via Facebook. This is a great way to get feedback from my core target audience, of females of the ages 16-24, as the youth of today typically use social networking sites like Facebook regularly.
To directly get my survey to the desired audience, I deiced to make a focus group with a specific number of people who fit into the age range.
Here I have sent my survey to 6, 17-18 year old females so I can get detailed answers that I can analyse.

Here is the message that I sent asking the focus group to take the survey. In the message I included the link to the music video as well so that they can watch it and they immediately answer the questions.

In a few days I will check to see their answers and from there I can analyse what they have said. This kind of specific target audience research will be great to use in Question 4 of my Evaluation. I plan to use screen shots of peoples answers to my survey in my answer to this question which will help me understand what they thought of my music video. I will then have feedback in video format and written format too which will help me reflect on the different types of answers the audience give on different platforms of answering.
