AMBER - FILMING - Performer's Extra Footage - Base Track 2

Here are some clips of Base track 2 that were filmed on Tuesday. The first two videos are where I am using my organisational skills in order the think about what kind of shot should be used.

Shot failed!

Here we can see that this shot has failed due to the people walking around in the back ground.
It could still be used because I am happy with the performance but it might look wrong having people in the shot too. Having people getting in the way was a risk that I took when choosing to film outside. I have learnt from this mistake and next time when I film outside I will not use such an open public area, it's better to use a discrete place so you can have lots of time to film with no distractions.  We could still cut in and out from this shot of parts where people are not seen.
Also, Daniel Phillpot spoke to us and gave us some advice and he said there is a way to crop the moving image so that the preferred section of the footage is only seen. This is something we can consider doing when it comes to editing.
Even though the shot failed, I learnt a lot from it and it was good fun practising the performance and even Alex started to sing along!
