AMBER - A Note From Amber

We've run out of batteries! :(

As we filmed for 3 hours on Sunday in The Finsbury, this drained all the battery life we had left to use for the camera. As college is closed Monday and Tuesday, this unfortunately means that our plans to film on these days will not work out. I am very concerned about whether or not we will get all the filming done together on time because personally I don't believe that two locations with 4 or 5 base tracks will be enough to get us through the whole editing process.

Although others in the group may not agree that filming in a exterior environment will be appropriate; due to difficulties that could occur with lighting, I think that it might look good to have a few shots done outside in the sun shine.
As I have the memory cards I may take this opportunity to film little clips that could go in between base tracks to make the video more interesting and liven it up a bit. And I am happy to do this on my own because I am committed to getting this done no matter what it takes.

To me Wonder is all about happiness and nature and sunshine and laughter; therefore as we agreed as a group that it would be good to add things in that we feel means Wonder to us, I feel that I would like to film a few shots outside. I have checked BBC weather forecast and on Tuesday the weather is going to be sunny and 14 degrees. Due to the lack of sunny weather we have in England, without a shadow of doubt I will be out filming a few clips tomorrow in the sunshine!

Even if during the editing process we decide that any exterior shots filmed do not look good, I still feel it is a good idea to film every idea that we have because you never know when it could come in handy during the editing process.
From AS I learnt that it is important to have as much footage as possible to play with because if there is not enough footage then the overall product will look repetitive and dull. There's no harm in trying some shots out so that's what I plan to do over the next few days because if I don't do anything, nothing will ever get done.
