AMBER - Research - Making use of the internet in search of locations

In today's age the fastest way to search for something is through the use of the internet. There are various search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing and many more that enable us to find masses of information about anything that we are interested in or looking for in one click.

I decided to do some personal research into locations and I did this by searching the words 'boutique hotel london' into Google.
A list of 43,800,000 results came up in less than a second. This is a lot to take in but having a vast amount of information at our fingertips is excellent for research purposes. Everyday millions of people use search engines but we don't really think about the importance of them and where we would be without them. I plan to use search engines to their full extent through out this project because it is literally possible to find anything you want online and it will be very useful for me.

After scrolling down the list of results I clicked on a Link and found a website called MyBoutiqueHotel.com which I am going to use to browse through these hotels because as a collective group we decided that we want to film in a boutique style hotel.
